My Mom has always taken great pride in her personal appearance, making sure her clothing is always spotless. Though it now takes her longer to make herself up perfectly for an outing, the Dining Dickie gives her a way to look beautiful and stylish, while protecting her clothing from spills; and it is something she can put on and take off herself, without the help of family or staff. It is also easy for her to carry with her, as it can be conveniently folded. Now in assisted living, Bernadette is constantly complimented on her Dining Dickies in the dining hall and at restaurants. She was the inspiration for the designs and now enjoys sharing them with other residents and friends.
